12 Roadmap: Society

If you’re reading this, you’re likely a person (although artificial intelligence and perhaps some very smart critters make us pause before declaring that unequivocally).  This section of the textbook explores a variety of issues related to human beings:  What challenges and opportunities do people employed to work on farms face?  How do governmental policies influence agricultural practices?  What does family farming look like around the globe?  These are a few of the questions explored by this section of the textbook.
