Chapter 6: Experience Design

Experience design is a way to think about any product or service, specifically about the overall experience someone will have when interacting with the product or service. Early applications of experience design emerged from companies like Disney, where careful attention to detail is given to all elements of the design of rides, theme parks, and the entire Disney experience. Experience design can now be seen everywhere from websites like Facebook, to retail experiences like Starbucks.
