Business Divorce

Sometimes the reason a business is failing is due to irreconcilable differences between owners. Quite often this happens when owners have close personal relationships—family, friends, romantic. Maybe a family member passed down the business and those who inherited it do not get along, or do not agree as to the goals of the company.
